What's Involved in Hiring a Live-in Nanny?

Hiring a Live-in Caregiver is not an easy task. Contact CDC Workforce and we will help guide you. We will help you plan, assess your needs, search profiles of applicants, set up an Interview, prepare an offer, sign off on a paperwork and everything you need to know and do while waiting for the arrival of your Nanny/Caregiver. To ensure the best fit possible for your family, our CDC Workforce have developed a few point hiring criterion. This enables us to accurately assess our candidates' qualifications, and correlate them to your family's needs.

1. Telephone or Skype Pre-screened Interview
2. Police and NBI clearance and Criminal Background Check
3. At least minimum one year paid experienced
4. Passing Medical Test according to Canadian Standard
5. Reference Verification
6. On going support for the duration of the contract between employee and employer
